We sell lambs direct market to our customers. This means that you purchase a whole or half lamb from us and are free to use any harvesting and butchering service you wish. We can provide the harvest service if you choose ($50 flat fee). We charge $5.25/lb hanging weight. There are currently two local butchers to choose from (as of Fall 2024):
Mill Hill Custom Meats in Twisp - $125 cut and wrap fee (whole lamb).
Black Dog Meat Shop in Brewster - $80 cut and wrap fee (whole lamb).
You can let us know which butcher you prefer (or if you want to cut your own meat) when you fill out your cut sheet, which you will receive when you h ave reserved a lamb.
We contact our meat customer list when we are getting ready to harvest, and reserve lambs on a first come first serve basis. To get on our meat list, please fill out and submit the form below.
